Our residents enjoy a diverse four-season resort lifestyle at the very top of Sugar Mountain, just minutes from charming Banner Elk, North Carolina and the Blue Ridge Parkway.  Each of our thirty seven buildings has stunning long range, multi-layered views of Grandfather Mountain and Linville Gorge to the south, Roan Mountain, Beech Mountain and the Roan Valley to the west and northwest. Elevations range from 4,600 to 5,300 feet, providing cool summers with no mosquitoes and snowy winters for the best winter sports in the Carolinas. What sets our community apart from other resort locations is our immediate proximity to golf, tennis, hiking, biking, horseback riding, skiing and snowboarding, theater, music, the arts, trendy shopping and great restaurants.
